Nutrition plans provide nutritious, balanced options to suit your lifestyle. The plan is an individualized guide based on your health and lifestyle information. The purpose of a nutrition plan is to provide structure and guidance assisting you with food choice, meal development and improved nutrition practices in your daily living. A nutrition plan provides structure while remaining flexible and empowering you to make healthier choices that fit your lifestyle.You will be asked to complete a Nutrition & Health History Form and a Three Day Food Record Form which will be reviewed in a 40 minute session with Nicole. Your personalized nutrition plan will be prepared by Nicole based on the content of the session. The plan can be mailed or emailed to you however for a complete review of the plan and to answer any questions that you may have a Steps Forward – follow-up session can be booked at your convenience.
